About this Event

Joe (of Cuppa Joe Weightlifting) will walk you through the ins and outs of a competition. You'll also get in a workout, tailored to the flow of a competition. Bring your shoes, belts, and whatever you need to get in some work while having fun and learning what to expect at a sanctioned USAW competition.
