Starting Tuesday Oct 7, mundelien will begin "competition team" practice. 7 - 8:30 on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Led by Coach Andres. This will be an advanced level class, with a USA Boxing Olympic training style curriculum focused on those who want to fight in competition. Those who want to participate MUST: have usa boxing athlete membership (I will be checking): bring your own 16 oz gloves suitable for sparring, mouthguard and headgear: be willing to enter at least 1 competition fight in 2025. This is not a workout for everyone. There will be times of full and hard contact. Intermediate level of ability and knowledge required.
