Positions:
LPN - Pay Rate: $40 - $45 per hour
RN - Pay Rate: $50 - $70 per hour
CNA - Pay Rate - (Grad/Exp): $22 - $25 per hour
Candidates with all required documents will be hired on the Spot!
PROFESSIONAL DRESS ATTIRE REQUIRED!
Requirements: Please bring these documents with you!
- 2 copies of your resume (hard copy preferred)
- NY State Photo ID
- Social Security card
- New York State CNA/LPN/RN license and registration
- Two Typed Professional Reference letters
- Physical exam in the last 10 months, PPD and MMR, varicella, Hep B, Drug screening lab works
- School diploma or completion
- CPR /BCLS Card (Optional)
- Proof of Vaccination
