Summary:

Employees often rate their employers low on compensation in surveys. Knowing what your employees needs and value, and whether you are compensating employees fairly, is critical to creating an equitable workplace where people want to stay and give their best effort. Designing a comprehensive total rewards strategy is crucial for attracting and retaining top talent. This includes not only monetary compensation but also various non-monetary benefits and perks.
