We're thrilled to invite you to the official launch of The Compassionate Mindful Resilience Programme Workbook, the second book by Karen Atkinson, CEO & Founder of MindfulnessUK. Join us for a warm, meaningful evening of conversation, reflection and community at CICCIC in Taunton.

Expect an evening that reflects the spirit of the book itself. The evening will include:

- Live audience Q&A with Karen and guest speakers, starting at 6pm – bring your questions!
- Reflections and readings from The Compassionate Mindful Resilience Programme Workbook
- Book signing – get your copy personally signed by Karen
- Goodie bags for everyone attending in person
- Light nibbles, refreshments and time to connect with the community
At its heart, this is an opportunity to be in a room (or a livestream) with people who care about the same things you do: mindfulness, resilience, wellbeing, and living with more compassion and intention.

Can't make it to Taunton? You're still very welcome. The full event will be livestreamed, and online guests will be able to take part in the live Q&A. The livestream link will be sent to you by email ahead of the event.
