Our meditation practice will be located at Tico Time River Resort in Aztec New Mexico and is free but you must get tickets to the festival to participate.

The Class:

The Compassion Subtle Body Yoga Meditation & Sound Bliss will allow for the slow and safe unfolding of energy in the body through the use of visuals, mantra and light breath to move us through states of higher awareness and compassion for ourselves and the world. These meditations are very powerful and will connect us to the energy needed to open our hearts and transform negative thought patterns into positive ones allowing for us to experience grounding while uplifting our hearts and minds.At the end of the energy meditation we will have a crystal bowl sound bliss to integrate your experience.Handouts will be provided .
