Compassion Subtle Body Meditation & Sound Bliss for Women

Hi everyone! Come join us for the first meditation of one of our new locations. Conveniently located off the 10 fwy and 5 min from Ontario Mills. Our space is large and comfy with plenty of space to bring family and friends. We are a donation based community and are centered in the approach of self care and wellness with aims of cultivating higher awareness and compassion for ourselves and the world. About The Meditation Experience:

Subtle body meditation is working with the inner energies and pathways. This practice will allow for the safe unfolding of energy in the body through using breath, visuals and sacred mantra to move us through states of higher awareness and compassion for ourselves and the world. These meditations are very powerful and will connect us to the energy needed to open our hearts and transform negative thought patterns into positive ones allowing for us to experience grounding while uplifting our hearts and minds. We can move beyond the stresses of anxiety and depression to experience clarity, hope and a more fulfilled and joyful existence.

After teachings, we will have a powerfully restorative sound bath with soft lights so you can enjoy the healing aspects and relax to integrate your experience.

Light refreshments will be served after sound bath

Supportive practice materials will be provided for take home.

Bring your mat,pillows, drinking vessels along with friends to have fun and practice.
