About The Meditation Experience:

Subtle body meditation is a nadi and pranic yoga of the subtle body, working with the inner energies and pathways. This ancient practice will allow for the safe unfolding of energy through using light breath, visuals and sacred mantra to move us through states of higher awareness and compassion for ourselves and the world. These meditations can be experientially powerful and will connect us to the energy needed to open our hearts and transform negative thought patterns into positive ones allowing for us to experience grounding while uplifting our hearts and minds. We can move beyond the stresses of anxiety and depression to experience clarity, hope and a more fulfilled and joyful existence.

After teachings and practice we will have a restorative sound bath with crystal bowls so you can experience healing and integrate your experience.

Light refreshments will be served after sound bath

Supportive practice materials will be provided for take home.

Some mats and pillowes are available.

Bring your mat,pillows, drinking vessels along with friends to have fun and practice.
