Mental Health Awareness Month reminds us that caring for mental health begins with ourselves. For therapists who spend their days supporting others, practicing self-compassion is essential for sustainable and meaningful work.
In this workshop, participants will experience grounding yoga movement with vinyasa and yin yoga, mindful breathing practices, and a guided meditation specific to therapists designed to restore energy, calm the nervous system, and deepen self-connection. Take this time to nurture your own well-being and reconnect with the compassion you offer to others every day. Let by licensed therapist and certified yoga instructor, Brittany Manchester. Brittany focuses on self-compassion in the wellness space and appreciates opportunities to give back to her fellow wellness practitioners.
