Compassion Camp

Compassion Camp 2025 kicks off on Sunday afternoon, 7/26, and continues Monday, 7/27-Wednesday, 7/29, 8:30am-1pm at Trinity Episcopal Church (104 Walnut Hollow Road).

Compassion Camp is for campers ages rising kindergarteners-13 and junior counselors 14-18 to enjoy fun, worship, and the grace of God together! We learn about God's love and justice through Bible stories, songs, games, and time together! Trinity is partnering with St. Stephen's Episcopal Church in Forest and the Unitarian Universalist Congregation of Lynchburg for camp, and our partner organizations include La Iniciativa and Food Not Bombs.

We are asking for a registration donation of $10 per kid this year or $20 per family if you are registering multiple kids. This can be paid through Eventbrite's secure processing.
We are doing this to make the most of limited space; we have 30 spots, and we've had people register and not show, so we want to make sure we don't have to turn anyone away! The kids will pick a local nonprofit during the week to donate all donation fees collected as part of registration.
