“Small things with great love.”–St. Mother Theresa
As do Blessings, compassion as our lived “faith in action” transcends doctrine and dogma and resonates across all our faith traditions. Sitting together today and drawing upon our lived experiences and our spiritual journeys as Celtic Franciscans and Buddhists we will engage in a conversation about Compassion as the “north star” for our respective faith practices.
Special Guest Speaker Reverend Rick Iannucci, is an ordained Celtic Catholic priest is the New Mexico State Senate Chaplain. He also works as the Santa Fe Police Department Chaplain where he plays a central role in conflict resolution and as he calls it, “responding with reverence” in crisis situations.
