Compassion and Mindfulness Workshop (2 day workshop)

Join me for a deep dive into compassion and mindfulness!
This workshop will be an educational and experiential experience where we will focus on the topic of compassion; both for ourselves and others. This will be a way to learn about how to build compassion when your battery is low as well as ways to stay present. In the workshop we will cover different strategies and exercises to support your own wellbeing and help maintain compassionate relationships with others (partner, children, friends, family, co-workers, etc.). This workshop will be applicable to everyone and you will apply the materials to your own experience! Education/information will be provided on relevant topics and activities will be completed and practiced within the workshop. Workbook will be provided that will be able to also be referenced/utilized after the workshop. Light snacks/water will also be provided.
Where: 1720 Main St.. Suite D Marinette
When: 1pm-4pm on Saturday July 25th & Sunday July 26th ( 2 day event!)
Investment: $115

I will utilize my years of experience in teaching mindfulness and coping strategies to others and materials from the compassion resilience toolkit in which I am a trained facilitator. I look forward to sharing the space and time with you!
