CompARTments Exhibit
Assemblage art is a three-dimensional art form that involves the assembling of Found Objects or objects not traditionally used to create art. Artists have long used non art materials to make art, notably, Joseph Cornell, Louise Nevelson, and Betye Saar. Cast-off or found boxes of all sizes and types, e.g.: metal, wood, plastic, clay, will be used by members to create assemblage art in, on or around the box form. This exhibition will be juried for Prizes.
