📚 About the Instructors:
𝗥𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗹 𝗦𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗕𝗘𝗻𝗴, 𝗙𝗖𝗔: A finance and strategy consulting professional with 25 years of experience in emerging market M&A and consulting. Rachel has extensive expertise in finance raises, company sales and acquisitions, start-ups, deal origination, strategy and business planning, and CEO mentoring. She is a UK Chartered Accountant and graduated from UCL London in Electronic Engineering.
𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗰 𝗔. 𝗖𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗶𝘇𝘇𝗼 𝗠𝗕𝗔: With over 30 years of banking and business advisory experience, Marc delivers finance training courses to corporate clients and for international finance qualifications such as ACCA and CIMA across Southeast Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia. His areas of focus include treasury, company valuations, financial and performance management, management accounting, corporate governance, and credit/financial analysis. Marc holds degrees from Brown University (USA), the London School of Economics (UK), and an MBA from INSEAD (France).
