Explore movement and reconnect with your body in a rest-friendly, inclusive 90-minute class.Led by Candoco Dance Company dancers and Rehearsal Director, Amy Butler, these classes offer the chance to experience a wide range of movement, inspired by the company’s ongoing learning about inclusive practice.
Who this is for and what to expect:
Open to disabled and non-disabled dance practitioners with professional or vocational dance experience, the class draws on Candoco’s inclusive teaching methodologies, offering a space to:
- connect with your body and expand your movement vocabulary.
- explore improvisational tasks and task-based movement techniques.
- learn and practice movement in an inclusive and rest-friendly environment.
