Community Yoga with Pearl- Winter Series

Join Pearl for winter yoga classes at Mewinzha Ondaadiziike Wiigaming.

Classes are open to the community and will be every Monday at 5:30pm-6:30pm, except for holidays.

January and February, classes will focus on slow moving, yin yoga. Yin yoga is a slow, meditative practice where poses are held for time to work on the connective tissues. It is a practice done in the early mornings, evenings, winter, and invites inward reflection. You can expect the practice to be very slow moving, done with supportive props, in low or dim light, and with Pearl's guidance.

This class is open to all abilities and is great for improving the strength of connective tissue, fascia, ligaments, and bone.

Bring: a yoga mat, pillow, blanket, blocks, water bottle, journal, and wear comfortable, warmer clothing i.e. sweatpants, sweatshirt. Layers are recommended.
We are at 802 Paul Bunyan DR SE, Suite 14. Located behind McKenzie Place and Sunrise Foods. Parking is along the south side of the building.
