Community Yoga - fun flow benefiting the little free pantry and/or our charity of the month

This is a Friday, Fri-YAY Flow community class. Friday, we turn down the heat and turn up the chill with a slow flow, yin and then restorative sound experience. A way of giving back from the Beehive. These classes are donation based (give what you can) and all proceeds go to our community cause of the month OR bring some food for our little free pantry. Join us for some relaxing time on the mat and connection with your beautiful Beehive community!
