Support the graduating Sangha Yoga Teachers in their first community offering in the Wilcox Park near the pond. Enter through the High Street gate. This class is appropriate for all ages and levels. Beginners welcome.Bring your yoga mat or towel, water, and any other props you may find helpful.
We will guide you through a slow flow yoga practice under the canopy of the majestic trees in Wilcox park. Rain or shine. In case of rain, the class will move indoors to the YMCA Training Center at 90 High Street.
