Donation based Community Yoga benefitting our charity of the month! Expect Light Movement + a Sound Bath Meditation + Charcuterie Snacks & Community Connection.
This is a Friday, Fri-YAY Flow community class. Friday, we turn down the heat and turn up the chill with a slow flow, yin and then restorative sound experience. A way of giving back from the Beehive. These classes are donation based (give what you can) and all proceeds go to our community cause of the month. Bee Well Yoga will match your donations up to $150! Join us for some relaxing time on the mat and connection with your beautiful Beehive community!
