Community Yoga

Community yoga refers to a yoga practice where a group of people come

together to practice yoga, fostering a sense of connection and belonging

through shared experience, often creating a supportive community

environment where individuals can share their practice and support one

another, sometimes even extending beyond the yoga mat to social

interactions outside of class.

Donation based community yoga benefits the community by allowing people of all ages,

economic working statuses, races and cultures to attend.
