About this Event

This donation-based class offers a Vinyasa-inspired flow led by a rotating mix of experienced Dear Yoga instructors and, at times, newer teachers who are continuing to develop their teaching skills. Whether you're practicing with a seasoned instructor or supporting an emerging teacher, you can expect a thoughtfully guided sequence that links breath with movement while cultivating strength, balance, and flexibility.

All levels welcome!
Suggested Donation: $5 - $20
