Community Yoga Class: Glisten + Glow Flow

This heart led practice invites you to soften your body and quiet the mind, allowing yourself to slip into a transient space through mindful movement. Weaving in asanas that are expressive and liberating, while grounding through the essence of yoga. As your flow blooms, you will be led through peak posture sequences. 
Glisten + Glow Flow invites you to enter into a liminal space and come as YOU are, where healing takes root. Move through what you carry, and grow through what you go through. 

Tayla is an enthusiastic and devoted yogi, with a long standing practice of 15 years under her Mala beads. A recent 200 HR Vinyasa YTT graduate from Troy City Yoga, whose primary practice focuses on honoring your body as a temple that leads, and the mind simply follows. Throughout life’s obstacles, Tayla has always found great solace in yoga, and it brings her genuine joy to share that same light with the world. It is her dream to spread the yogi love with as many as possible, and to help the community see that yoga truly is for ANY body type, shape, or size!

Tayla is also a holistic integration guide, and on her journey to mastering the sacred plant traditions and ayurvedic medicine practices. She is also CPR certified, a graduated Biochemist from Rhode Island College / ‘Aspiring Alchemist’ of Mother Nature. Tayla believes that we grow through what we go through for personal evolution and incorporates several modalities (meditation, breathwork, DBT skills for change, etc..) that she has picked up over the years to aid in life’s ‘grows & glows’ and to enrich her personal yoga practice.
