Join me for an all levels Adult Vinyasa Yoga class to benefit Cocoa Packs Presents. You may power it up, or modify completely. I will guide you in a Gentle Vinyasa with guided opportunities and options to make the class suit your needs. We will hold some poses while using our breath to focus and calm our minds and rest in some restorative poses for deep relaxation at the end.
