Join us for a free community yoga class led by the lovely Emily Stockhill of Simply Bee Wellness.This 45 minute yoga class is for all levels and just a way to promote health and fitness within the village.
Please meet at Bean & Barrel Cafe by 9:15am with your own yoga mat (and block if required).
Our free community yoga classes will run on the 1st Friday of every month and we hope to see you there.
