Community Yoga Class

This 60-minute community vinyasa class is an accessible, all-levels flow designed to connect breath with movement in a welcoming, supportive space. Offered as a donation to the yoga shala, this class is an opportunity to practice, unwind, and build community. Whether you're new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, you’ll leave feeling refreshed, centered, and more at ease in your body. Led by Luke McCain, our community bookclub guru!

Offered weekly starting May 4th 2026 from 12 PM - 1 PM.

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before class, doors close at class start time.
