Hey friends! Come flow with me on Tuesdays at 4:15 PM at ACAC Wellness Center (Albemarle Square) for a mixed-level Hatha yoga class. Whether you're new to yoga or have an established practice, this is a space to move, breathe, and reset together.
If you're not an ACAC member, you can grab a guest day pass for $15, which includes access to the club’s pool, hot tub, sauna, and steam room—perfect for some post-class relaxation!
