Community Yoga: Balance & Harmonize with Ulia
About this Event
Start your day rooted. Join Ulia on Tuesday and Thursday mornings, 7:30 to 8:30am, in the Moon Room at Common Street Spiritual Center.
"Find your center, steady your breath, and carry it with you."
This morning practice draws on the Ayurvedic five elements to wake the body gently and settle the mind before the day picks up speed. Smooth vinyasa flows move into longer-held balancing postures, with grounding sequences, one-legged standing balances, and deep core work that builds stability from the inside out.
We'll explore the edge between effort and ease, learning to wobble, reset, and stay calm when things feel unsteady. A short closing savasana helps you step out feeling clear, centered, and ready to hold your balance through whatever comes next.
All levels welcome, with options to scale postures up or down. Bring a mat and a block if you have one.
Suggested donation: $15 members, $20 guests, collected at the door. Pay what you can, all are welcome. Reserve your free spot here on Eventbrite.
