Community Yoga at Nesfield Performance with SweetBay Yoga

Join us for a Sunday morning community yoga class hosted by SweetBay Yoga at Nesfield Performance.

Before class, the Nesfield Performance team will lead a 10-minute foot warm-up and activation designed to improve stability, alignment, and body awareness—helping you get more out of your yoga practice and move with greater confidence.

The yoga class will be guided by SweetBay Yoga and is accessible to all levels.
