Community Yoga at Citizens Alley
Wednesdays at 6:30 PM | Starting July 16
Join us for a refreshing outdoor yoga experience in the heart of downtown Minot! This all-levels, community-based class will take place weekly at Citizens Alley—bringing movement, breath, and connection to the open air.
Each week, a different Ascend instructor will guide you through a unique flow designed to help you unwind, reset, and connect with your body and breath. Whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, this class is for everyone.
What to bring:
• Yoga mat
• Water
• A friend (or two!)
• Comfortable clothes for moving and stretching
