A one hour, multi-level vinyasa (flowing) yoga style class led by Pam Nelson of Healium Hot Yoga. All experience levels welcome! All participants should bring their own mats and props.This will be a donation-based with all proceeds going to the Cactus+ Accessibility Initiative!
