Join us at the Beals Memorial Library in Winchendon for a gentle, community-centered yoga class designed to help you unwind, reconnect, and nourish your well-being through the cold winter months. All levels are welcome—whether you’re a practiced yogi, brand new to yoga, or just returning to your mat.
This class is free and open to everyone, with a suggested donation of $10 to support this ongoing community programming. Bring a mat if you have one (mats and blocks are available for use), wear comfortable clothing, and come as you are. Let this be your weekly moment to slow down, reset, and take care of yourself in a supportive, welcoming space.
