Community Yoga Adaptable for Mat and Chair

Designed to accommodate all bodies, regardless of mobility or experience level, this gentle yoga class integrates both mat and chair variations of traditional yoga poses to ensure accessibility for everyone. Pairing breath with movement, this class is an opportunity to explore the connection between body and mind, enhancing body awareness and cultivating a sense of inner calm. No prior experience is necessary. All are invited to join us in this welcoming community where every body and every level of ability can thrive. (Please bring your own mat. Chairs are provided.)

ACCEPTANCE OF RISK AND AGREEMENT OF WAIVER

I am 18 years of age or older and I acknowledge a chance of harm or injury from the practice of yoga. By registering for class, I am opting in to receive email communications from You Call This Yoga, and acknowledge that I can unsubscribe from these communications at any time. I hereby acknowledge and accept any and all risks from my participation in this yoga session. I understand that I am receiving yoga instructions from an instructor who is not an employee of You Call This Yoga. I waive and release any claims I may have against You Call This Yoga, its officers, directors, employees, contractors and agents in the event of any harm, and they, as released parties, will not be responsible for any and all harm or injuries. I further allow You Call This Yoga to use my image in any promotional materials. This acceptance and waiver shall bind my heirs, successors and assigns.
