We are going to embrace winter with 5 fun free sessions that will have you laughing, sweating and smiling. Happiness Habits 613 and the Heart Institute Foundation (February is HEART MONTH!) are thrilled to bring this one of a kind experience to Ottawa!

Happiness Habits 613: We are a grassroots group in Ottawa-Gatineau created in 2015 that cultivates healthy habits in the community through the 9 Pillars of Happiness. Join us throughout February 2025 for free in-person indoor and outdoor events.

Décathlon: Through the generosity of Décathlon Ottawa (1055 St. Laurent Blvd), the winter pentathlon has snowshoes for all participants!
