Community Wellness Program for the month of July will be presenting “The Four Agreements.”This will take place every Tuesday, July 2,9,23 and 30 from 1:15 to 2:45 at 380 Ray Boulevard. We will be studying the book “The Four Agreements” by Don Miguel Ruiz. The Four Agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz, reveals the source of self-limiting beliefs that rob us of joy and creates needless suffering. Based on ancient Toltek wisdom, the book offers a powerful code of conduct that can rapidly transform our lives to a new experience of freedom, true happiness, and love.
