Join us for a FREE, family-friendly day focused on whole-person wellness at Holland Aquatic Center! Explore an expo-style event featuring local businesses and organizations dedicated to supporting wellness in all its forms: physical, mental, emotional, social, and spiritual. Whether you're looking for fitness opportunities, mental health resources, healthcare providers, nutrition guidance, community groups, or simply want to discover what's available in our area, this event is for you. What to expect:
• Local wellness vendors
• Interactive booths and demonstrations
• Health resources and community connections
• Giveaways for the first 100 attendees
• Event-wide raffle prizes
• Family-friendly atmosphere
PLUS two full-length, FREE group fitness classes:
• 12:00-12:50pm Power Up Strength—A full body workout designed to help improve overall muscular strength.
• 1:00-1:50pm Yoga Flow—A mixed-level class designed for participants of all abilities.
