Lili, aka LiliWavesLBC, has been facilitating sound baths since 2021. Lili has been an RN for over 20 yrs, and discovered the magic of sound healing through her own wellness journey in 2015. She has refined utilization of breath work to ground and open the heart space, allowing others to more easily receive the healing frequencies of each instrument.
