You’re invited to our Community Wellness Clinic!Join us at Owls Club for a free Community Wellness Clinic offered by Elkhart Meadows! This event is completely FREE for our members and does not require registration or identification.
Stop by at your convenience during the scheduled hours to have our professionals check key health indicators, including blood pressure, pulse, respiratory rate, temperature, and oxygen saturation. Each member will receive a card with their information, which can be taken to their doctor after attending each month or simply after one visit. The clinic will take place in a confidential space, ensuring that all information remains private and is shared only with you. We look forward to seeing you there!
