Community Walk at Schaad Park

Established in 2013, Schaad Park was a gift to the community from Walter Robert Schaad, honoring his family’s deep roots in Newberg. The Schaad family, originally from Germany, settled in the area in the early 1900s and played a vital role in shaping the local landscape. Today, the park stands as a tribute to their legacy, offering stunning views, a nature-based playground, and restored Oak Savannah trails featuring native plant life.
