About this Event
Meditation never sounded so good.
Vocal toning is a simple and profound way to melt stress, regulate the nervous system, raise our vibration, and restore a lasting sense of inner peace. Together in supportive community, we hum and tone to liberate our voices from fear, shame, and self-judgment, and allow it to carry us into a deep meditative state. As we make room for more authentic, heart-led expression, we also pave the way for a greater experience of harmony in our everyday lives, using the most powerful sound healing tool we carry with us everywhere: our voices.
No singing experience required.

About Your Guide
Lara Dunning is a certified Tone Circle™ facilitator and sound healing practitioner who found her way to this work through her own healing journey. After years of navigating anxiety, stress, and compounding health challenges, she discovered that sound — through solfeggio frequencies, Tibetan singing bowls, and eventually her own voice — offered what other approaches could not: a way for the body to release, realign, and restore at a cellular level. She is a certified crystal healing practitioner and has completed Levels 1, 2, and 3 of bowl sound therapy training. Lara brings a holistic, body-attuned presence to every session, meeting each participant where they are and trusting the body's innate capacity to heal.
