Theatre of the Oppressed, presented by 309 November Artist in Residence, Suzanne Byam
Suzanne Byam is a theatre artist developing a devised performance at 309 Punk Project, and she's inviting members of the community to participate!
Influenced by legislative theatre and Theatre of the Oppressed, the project will explore a local issue through a collaborative, three-day theatrical experience. Participants from all walks of life are welcome, including workers, students, and community members. No previous theatre experience is necessary, and beginners are especially encouraged!
Schedule:
Friday, November 6: Evening workshop starting at 630pm
Saturday, November 7: Workshop continues at 10am
Sunday, November 8: Public performance, 12–2 PM at 309 Punk Project
We're looking for 4–13 participants to help bring this project to life.
Sign up to participate.
