Community Thanksgiving Meal

🍂 FREE COMMUNITY THANKSGIVING DINNER — THERE’S A SEAT AT OUR TABLE FOR YOU. 🦃
Thanksgiving looks different for everyone.
Some people will spend the holiday alone. Some have family who live too far away to gather. Some are walking through a difficult season or working with a tighter budget this year. Some simply don’t have anyone to share Thanksgiving with — and some would just rather enjoy a meal surrounded by people than sit at home.
Whatever the reason, we would love to share a Thanksgiving meal with you.
On Wednesday, November 18, from 5:30–7:00 PM, Front Royal Church of the Brethren will host a FREE Community Thanksgiving Dinner.
📍 Front Royal Church of the Brethren
106 W. 13th Street, Front Royal
We’re setting up our fellowship hall like a dining room, with tables where families and friends can sit together. Our volunteers and teen servers will bring your meal to the table so you can simply sit down, relax, eat, and enjoy being together.
And if sitting down with us doesn’t work for you, take-out is absolutely available too. Your ticket may be used for either dine-in or carry-out.
🍽️ FULL THANKSGIVING DINNER
🦃 Turkey
🥔 Mashed Potatoes & Homemade Gravy
🍞 Dressing
🥖 Dinner Roll
🫛 Green Beans
🍠 Sweet Potatoes
🥗 Coleslaw
🥧 Apple or Pumpkin Pie
☕ Coffee & Tea
🎟️ FREE TICKETS — FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED
Tickets are completely free, but because we are preparing a limited number of meals, they will be distributed first come, first served.
You can get your ticket:
• Sundays at the church during our worship service
• Wednesday evenings 5:30 to 6:00 PM before Bible Study
• Or call 540-635-2378 and we will reserve your ticket for you to pick up the evening of the dinner
One ticket = one Thanksgiving dinner, dine-in or take-out.
This meal is designed especially for people and families who would like a place to share Thanksgiving together. There is no application, no explanation needed, and no reason you have to “qualify.”
Just come. Bring your family. Bring someone who might otherwise be alone. Let us set the table and serve you. ❤️
