Community Tarot Circle: Guiding Light

Make some sweet magic with other witchy babes in this 1.5-hour digital and in-person community gathering. Digital attendance is completely free to Seagrape Babes members! Together, we're diving into January's theme of the month, Guiding Light, with guided visualization, journaling, and a collective tarot spread for expansive visioning. There will be time for vulnerable shares and community-building throughout this gathering!

Make sure to bring:

• Your favorite tarot deck (or snag a sample deck from the shop to use if you're attending in person!)
• A pen and paper for note-taking
• Whatever else you need to get comfy and sink into pleasure!

Attendees will be signed up for our newsletter, full of free and juicy content every month. For more free offerings, check out the Seagrape blog! This gathering makes a great addition to our taking place the 1st Thursday of each month from 5:00pm- 6:00pm PST.

For those attending IN PERSON:

We'll be gathering together at Seagrape Apothecary from 5:30 to 7:00. Please arrive a little early to get settled in. Masks are required for this gathering. For the sake of the container we're holding, and to minimize distractions, we'll be locking the doors 10 minutes after class starts. Please keep this in mind while making travel arrangements!

For those attending DIGITALLY:

A Zoom invitation for the live event will be emailed to you 48 hours before the gathering. Keep an eye on your inbox for the link! Those who can't make it to this magical gathering at the time of the event will have access to the recording for 30 days.

NOTES:

• This is a hybrid offering, with options for virtual and in-person attendance. The in-person gathering will be recorded, and all tickets include a link to the recording of the event, available for 30 days.
• The workshop recording may be offered for sale on the Seagrape Apothecary website. By registering for this event, you consent to any use of this recording by Seagrape Apothecary.
• This gathering is completely free to members of Seagrape Babes, our monthly community membership, starting at $33 per month (or $330 annually).
• Enrollment is accepted up until the day of the event, while spots are available.
• Honor the privacy of others; what is said and shared in a workshop is not meant to be shared outside of the workshop except for what instructors and attendees give permission to share. Links to workshop recordings are not to be shared.
• When you register for this gathering, we'll add you to a private class mailing list, where we'll send out class materials such as workbooks and recording replays, as well as coven recommendations, before and after the gathering. You're welcome to unsubscribe at any time.

In-Person Attendance Details:

• Seagrape Apothecary is now located at 2823 NE Sandy Blvd, Portland, Oregon 97232. Please DO NOT park in the Centaur Guitar parking lot! There's residential parking available just one block away, and a bus stop directly in front of the store for folks taking public transit.
• Please bring a mask with you! You will be asked to wear your mask throughout class. If you're experiencing any COVID symptoms prior to the gathering, please do not attend the gathering.
• If you've registered for an in-person ticket and are unable to attend the event for any reason, please contact us at [email protected] up until 24 hours before the event to swap your ticket for a digital-only attendance ticket so we can make room for other folks looking to join the magic in person!

Digital Attendance Details:

• We use Zoom for online workshops—please have the app downloaded if using a phone.
• Technical difficulties on the attendees end (sound issues, tardiness, wifi connection, video cutout, etc.) do not entitle attendees to a refund. We recommend signing on 10 minutes early to sort out any issues.
• Seagrape does not offer guidance around computer or Zoom usage, though we do send out a link including instructions on how to use Zoom 24 hours prior to all workshops.

Seagrape Apothecary Cancellation Policy:

All tickets are nonrefundable.

If Seagrape Apothecary reschedules a workshop or class and an attendee cannot attend the rescheduled workshop or class, a class credit for the ticket value will be issued and will be valid for 1 year from the date of cancellation.

If Seagrape Apothecary cancels a workshop or class, attendees will get the choice between class credit or a Seagrape Apothecary gift card. If class credit is chosen, a credit for the ticket value will be issued and will be valid for 1 year from the date of cancellation. If the gift card is chosen, a digital gift card worth the ticket value will be shared via email and valid for 1 year from the date of cancellation.

COVID Exceptions: If an attendee tests positive for COVID and reaches out prior to an in-person class to let us know, a class credit for the ticket value will be issued and will be valid for 1 year.
