Sharing the experience of mental illness or addiction. Expressing living in the world with the diagnosis or symptoms. Whether you are still in that space or have been transformed, sharing the journey is powerful and eye-opening. Be raw and authentic about the inner struggle and the outer stigma living trapped inside.
