Been meaning to make it to a sound journey or haven't been in a while? Here is your chance. Come join us, relax and reset with one or all 5 of these journeys through the winter season. Journeys are free to all local communities. First come, first serve. PLEASE BRING WHAT YOU NEED TO BE COMFORTABLE. A yoga mat, blanket, pillow or zero gravity chair. They will not be provided at this event. Register in advance to assure your spot. Walk in's welcome.
