In the midst of our busy lives, it can be easy to forget the importance of slowing down and caring for our inner world. This gathering is an opportunity to pause, breathe, and allow the gentle vibrations of sound to support your body, mind, and spirit. Through healing instruments and calming frequencies, sound helps release tension, soothe the nervous system, and restore balance within.
Community sound healing is also powerful because we gather together. When we come together in shared intention, we create a supportive and nurturing energy that allows deeper relaxation and connection. You do not need any prior experience — simply come as you are and allow yourself to receive.
