Take a pause in your day and step into a space of stillness and gentle sound.This Sound Healing Meditation offers a calming experience where you’ll be guided into relaxation through the soothing tones of crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, Koshi chimes, and other instruments. The vibrations of sound can support a sense of ease, rest, and inner balance.
No experience is needed, just come as you are and allow yourself to unwind.
What to Expect:
• Guided meditation to help you settle in
• Immersive sound experience with various instruments
• A peaceful environment for rest and reflection
What to Bring:
• Yoga mat or lounge chair
• Pillow and/or blanket for comfort
• Eye pillow (optional)
• Water
