We are excited to host KYMA, Mantra Music Artist, Sound Healer, and Mindfulness & Meditation instructor at the Art O Mat! KYMA will be offering Community Sound Healing Experiences each third Thursday through October.
Providing a safe space for community care and healing, KYMA uses guided meditation and breath work through live instrumentation and voice to guide participants through this calming experience.
