CommUnity Sound Healing and Guided Meditation- Full Moon in Capricorn

This CommUnity Sound Bath and Guided Meditation is two days before the Full Moon in Capricorn. During this event we will use Astrological Symbolism of this full moon to align our lives and release that which no longer serves us. Would love to have you join us.

Come experience the power of Crystal singing bowls, Chimes, Gongs, and other healing instruments to surround you with the healing frequencies of sound and vibration. You will be guided into a meditative state so that you can deeply rest and reset your nervous system in a safe and peaceful enviroment.

Sound can transport you to a state of deep relaxation and inner peace so that you can access the hypnagogic state. This state is the transitional stage between being awake and asleep, where your extrasensory perception can be enhanced.

This is experience is designed to create space for you to listen deeply to your own soul, as you connect to your Highest Self, release stress, balance your energy, and awaken your mind, body and spirit in new ways.

No experience necessary- all are welcome! Come as you are and if you can, with an open mind and a willingness to explore the transformative power of sound.
