First Studio Gallery Presents: The 2024 - 5 Star Invitational Art Show
First Studio Gallery is proud to announce the highly anticipated exhibition, The 2024 - 5 Star Invitational, featuring the works of five contemporary artists: Coni Bourin, Claudia Johnstone, Allison Moyers, Wendy Raisanen, and Margaux Smith. The exhibition will take place at First Studio Gallery, located at 631 N 1st Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85003.

The opening reception for the 2024 - 5 Star Invitational will be held First Friday, May 3rd, from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Additionally, there will be a reception First Friday, June 7th, and a closing reception will be hosted on third Friday, July 19th, 2024, from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm, providing another opportunity to engage with the artists and artworks on display in both the upper and lower galleries.
This exhibition showcases a captivating array of contemporary subject matter rendered in both modern and classical styles. From Claudia Johnstone's evocative photography to Margaux Smith's impressionistic landscapes in acrylic, Wendy Raisanen's intricate fiber arts, Coni Bourin's masterful plein air paintings in oils, to Allison Moyers' expressive figurative paintings and film, each artist brings a unique perspective to the narrative of the show.
