Join me for an immersive sound bath and drop into a rich soundscape of bowls, gong, guitar, monolina, chimes, and more. Let your body rest as angelic vocals and live instruments guide you into deep relaxation, inner clarity, and emotional renewal.
A big part of my journey these past few years was holding space through a yoga and sound healing studio in Monteagle, TN. That chapter has recently come to a close, yet I still carry some financial responsibilities from the lease. This evening also serves as a fundraiser to help me bring that chapter to a graceful close. Alongside the sound bath, there will be a few meaningful items available for purchase, each helping me reach this goal.
